Meet our owner Kaila Hirsch, EA.
Kaila has always loved solving puzzles, and finance matters are just one big puzzle waiting to be solved. Her passion for numbers and problem-solving were ultimately what led her to venture down a path in the finance field - beginning as a bookkeeper, and later as a representative in tax resolution, where she obtained her Enrolled Agent license.
In 2020, Kaila realized how much she missed managing company’s books, so she ventured off on her own for the next several years to create and operate a bookkeeping firm. During this time, she realized that even though bookkeeping was valuable to companies, it would be even more valuable to offer additional finance services or point the clients in the right direction - and so became Ginkgo Finance, LLC.
As an Enrolled Agent, she has the expertise to navigate complex matters, ensuring compliance, accurate records, and maximizing financial efficiency. She takes pride in bringing clarity and organization to businesses, giving them the confidence to grow while she handles the numbers.
